Blueberry Avocado Spinach Smoothie

Our Super-Food Smoothie: This fiber packed smoothie is full of vitamins & minerals, healthy fats & fiber. Helps fight inflammation to your muscles, and gives you a natural energy boost.

 

Blueberry AvocadoSmoothie  

 

Ingredients:

 

  • 1-cup blueberries (frozen or fresh)
  • 1-cup fresh organic spinach leaves
  • 1 ripe avocado (skinned and pitted)
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1-tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/4-teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup of ice
  • 8 oz of Coconut Milk

 

Instructions:

 

  1. Place all ingredients in the blender and liquefy. Blend for 30-45 sec. Blend to your liking.

 

  1. Serve in glass or in protein shaker cup to take on the go.

 

*Depending on how you like your texture, feel free to add more liquid if needed*
