Hey brother how is everything i’m going to stop through sometime next week to say hi, quick question if i’m trying to lose weight how much protein do you think i should be taking in currently at 229? i’m pretty close to the meal plan loosing about 2 pounds a week thus far, but i’m finding that eating a big kale salad at lunch i’m not very hungry in the evening and i’m not eating much if any. so i usually make myself drink a shake.

I would suggest you take in whatever your goal weight is in protein. If you want to be 200lbs take in 200 grams of protein. If you’re not hungry in the evening that’s ok, if you’re concerned about the calories in the shake I would take BCAA’s before I go to sleep.
