Meal Prep: Flank Steak

One thing that always helps us with our Meal Prep. is seasoning and  portioning our meat before we freeze it.  

When the week get busy and your crunched for time, this simple step being done is a life saver.  

All you have to do is take it,  allow the meat to get room temperature and cook.  

Pair with your favorite vegetables or slice thin and make fajitas …. Enjoy!
