Blueberry Avocado Spinach Smoothie

Our Super-Food Smoothie: This fiber packed smoothie is full of vitamins & minerals, healthy fats & fiber. Helps fight inflammation to your muscles, and gives you a natural energy boost.
Ingredients:
- 1-cup blueberries (frozen or fresh)
- 1-cup fresh organic spinach leaves
- 1 ripe avocado (skinned and pitted)
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1-tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/4-teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup of ice
- 8 oz of Coconut Milk
Instructions:
- Place all ingredients in the blender and liquefy. Blend for 30-45 sec. Blend to your liking.
- Serve in glass or in protein shaker cup to take on the go.
*Depending on how you like your texture, feel free to add more liquid if needed*
