Grapefruit + Watermelon (Kariim’s Hydrating Juice)

After a sweaty workout, its very important to rehydrate + replenish lost minerals.
Most, tend to go for a sports drink which tend to lack nutritional value.
Try this all natural sports drink to quench your post workout thirst.
Kariim’s hydrating post workout juice! I love it!
Enjoy!!
Ingredients:
- 1/2 medium grapefruit
- 1 cucumber (organic – if not organic, peel it before juicing)
- 3 cups watermelon (no rind)
- dash of Himalayan sea salt
Juicing Instructions:
- Cut the rind from watermelon, peel the grapefruit, peel cucumber (if not organic).
- Process all ingredients through the juicer.
- Once juiced. Add the dash of Himalayan sea salt & stir in ingredients.
- Pour in a glass (add ice – optional)
- ENJOY~
NOTE: If you do not have a juicer, this can also be made as a smoothie. Please know there will be pulp (fiber). 🙂
