Hibiscus Tea: has many health benefits. It’s been known to promote weight loss & eliminate stomach bloating.
Hibiscus tea isn’t a substitute for a healthy diet and exercise— it won’t magically get rid of weight, but it could play a role thanks to its diuretic properties.
Hibiscus tea aids in preventing hypertension, to help lower blood pressure, reduce blood sugar levels, keep your liver healthy, help with menstrual cramps, help with anxiety & depression, and improve digestion. Its rich in Vitamin C, contains minerals such as flavonoids and has laxative properties. Add a little honey + lemon + mint leaves if you’d like 🙂

We usually by loose leaf tea and steep it. “Steep” : To steep something means to soak it, which is what we do when we prepare tea. We take dry tea leaves, add them to hot water, let them soak, pour out the tea and then drink it…..
