Homemade Electrolyte Drink

Benefits of this Electrolyte Drink:

Electrolytes help restore the vitamins and minerals lost when you sweat.  This drink is packed with the four basic  electrolyte minerals: sodium, potassium, calcium, and magnesium.  A great drink to have after any form of exercise that causes you to sweat profusely.  (Scroll Down To See Video At The Bottom of This Post Under Juicing Instructions)

 

Ingredients: ALL ORGANIC

  • 1 Orange (peeled) 
  • 6 Strawberries
  • 1 cup of  Watermelon 
  • 1 cup of decaffeinated green tea
  • 1/4 teaspoon of pink Himalayan salt

 

 

 

 Juicing Instructions:

  1. Place all fruit items into the juicer first.  Juice until all items are pressed. Add green tea then Himalayan salt.
  2. Pour and Enjoy!
