Pineapple Protein Smoothie

Sunday  morning smoothie ingredients:
Avocado, Hemp Seeds, Pineapples, a Scoop of plain protein powder (Garden of Life Raw organic protein) , Spinach, I used hemp milk to blend.

Other options to blend are:

  • water
  • coconut water 
  • coconut or almond milk 
  • hemp milk
