What BBK eats

Sunday Brunch

Sunday brunch! Something we look forward to every week:)  On the weekends we usually do our cardio on the Beltline. This morning we slept in a little bit and hit our run around 10:30am.  3.5 miles complete….. all we could think about was BRUNCH! 🙂

What did we have? 

An omelette loaded with:

  • 6 organic eggs (enough for 2 people)
  • spinach
  • green bell peppers
  • jalapeños
  • onions (red)
  • havarti + cheddar cheese 
  • sliced avocado
  • topped with homemade salsa
  • side of berries

*Cook in non stick pan.

An Organic Gluten Free Waffle:

  • Usually Pamela’s Gluten Free Pancake Mix (organic)

*Used waffle maker.


  • What kind? Your choice……(Quality is Key) 🙂
